Do you want to help create the industry’s best customer experience?

Stiimo is growing, and we’re now looking for our first Customer Success team member. This is a key role where you’ll become our most important point of contact for customers while also helping shape how we work with support, service, and customer experience going forward.

About the role

As part of Customer Success at Stiimo, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for our customers

• Handle support cases via chat and email

• Guide users within the platform

• Ensure no customer issue falls through the cracks

• Work in a structured way within HubSpot

This is primarily a support-focused role, with strong opportunities to grow alongside the company.

What truly matters in this role

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t let go of a problem. When an issue comes in, you take ownership, follow up, drive it forward, and make sure the customer always gets a response. You are solution-oriented, structured, and confident in working with people.

Communication & way of working

The primary customer communication channels are:

✔ Chat

✔ Email

✔ Ticketing system (HubSpot)

Phone is not the main channel, but you should feel comfortable making calls when needed.

We believe you are someone who

✔ Has experience in customer service, support, or a similar role

✔ Thrives in a fast-paced environment where many cases can come in

✔ Is tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools

✔ Communicates clearly and professionally in writing

✔ Has a natural service mindset

Experience from the installation or construction industry is a plus, but not a requirement. We’ll provide you with the product knowledge and platform understanding.
